I’ve got so many people asking me is I’m still doing the Eat Stop Eat program which is the intermittent fasting.  My readers are asking if I’ve figured out my food issues and don’t freak out about binging.

I literally wrote my notes down because I think there are several Aha moments I had along the way.  I was dealing with some real challenges in being able to eat for health and how to not freak out and be anti-social.  I’d like to break this down and answer your questions in little chunks.

  1. How long have you been doing the Eat Stop Eat thing? It sounds like it’s working out great for you, and I’m excited to be trying it myself. I’m just 4 days in so far, and I’ll admit that it’s been a little difficult to hang on to, but I can already see that it will be easier as I go. Your video helped encourage me a lot, thanks for posting it.

  2. What is your opinion about staying on the eat stop eat track indefinitely? Is there anyway to switch from weight loss mode to maintenance mode? I can see how this program would produce great results, but I don’t want to waste away into nothing, lol. It’s also frustrating to lose a bunch of weight and then watch yourself gain it back.
